Terms of service
These terms apply to every purchase from Viral4All, a brand of Ethio Viral ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. What we sell
We sell digital goods: subscription plans for third-party apps and services, gift cards and codes, and in-app top-ups. Depending on the product you receive a code, an invitation, an upgrade applied to your own account, or access to a profile on an account we provide. Each product page states which one.
We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the brands whose products we sell. Their own terms of use also apply to you.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown before you pay. The amount on your checkout is the amount you pay.
- Prices may change at any time for new orders; a confirmed order keeps its price.
- Prices may be shown in your local currency for convenience. You are charged in the currency of the payment method you choose (Ethiopian birr or USDT).
- Every payment is verified before the order is processed. Payments that cannot be verified, or that use someone else's account without permission, are refused.
3. Your account and information
Some products need details such as an email address or username. You are responsible for giving correct details. We are not responsible for delivery to a wrong address or username that you provided.
4. Warranty
- FW — full warranty: if the plan stops working during its term for a reason that is not your fault, we replace it or refund the unused part.
- NW — no warranty: covered until you confirm it works after delivery. These plans are cheaper because they carry no ongoing warranty.
- Products without a tag are covered as described in the refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not change the password, email or settings of any account we provide, share it beyond what the product allows, or use products for anything illegal. Doing so ends the warranty for that order.
6. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for changes made by the brand to its own service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day of your order applies to that order.
